Refund Policy

Short version: you only truly pay when a code arrives. Everything below is in wallet balance — QuickOTP never sends refunds back to a crypto wallet.

No code received — full return to your wallet

If the SMS code never arrives on your number, cancel the number and its full price returns automatically to your QuickOTP wallet balance. The cancel option unlocks 2 minutes after purchase (an anti-spam rule), and you can cancel any time after that while no code has been received.

Code received — no refund

Once an SMS code has been received on a number, the service has been delivered. You can release the number, but there is no return and no refund for it.

Deposits are final — no refunds, no withdrawals

All top-ups and deposits are final and non-refundable. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or exchanged back to cryptocurrency or cash. Unused balance simply stays in your account, ready for future purchases.

What if it is our fault?

If a technical failure on our side prevents delivery — for example a number that could never receive messages at all — contact support@quickotp.xyz with your account email and order ID. We will check it, and if the failure was ours, we will credit the price back to your wallet balance.
